I was always crazy for books. I have a large collection of old books my sister left for me when she went to live in Manaus about 20 years ago and I already read each one of them lots of times.

Books are something expensive to buy, I wish I could buy all the ones I wanted to read but unfortunately I can´t… I have thousands of books I want to read so it would be really expensive for me.

But then a new solution appeared with the internet: the pdf files!

Pdf files are books and other kinds of files like texts and so on posted online in the pdf format. Something very easy to download.

I simply need to do a pdf search and as soon as I find the book I want to read I download it and start reading right away. That simple!

Internet brought to us some very nice tools isn´t it??!

Then if the book is really interesting and caught my attention I try to save some money to buy it, cause there is nothing like being able to touch and feel the smell of a book.

But for now the pdf files are saving my day and helping me with my reading needs!

Uhuuu... I bought some weeks ago a 500 gig hard disk and a 2 gigs RAM memory to my computer and now I have much more space and speed to download any music, videos and movies I wish.

All I need is to get the download software to be able to start searching the files I want to download and watch.

My favorite software for downloading things is the Utorrent till now. It is not a heavy one and I never got any virus from it like I used to get from the Emule that was the one I used before.

I got lots of torrents and kept them for when I had more space in my HD. Now that I have this space I am starting to download each one of them and bit by bit I will have all the music, videos and movies I´ve always wanted to have.

The torrents get very little space, so I made some searches before and I could keep a lot of them on my old hard disk just waiting for the right time for the downloading.

I already got lots of music and I am still downloading some shows of my favorite music stars.

I can´t wait to watch Janet Jackson Live In Hawaii!

Sorry guys I have been away from my blog for such a long time!

I was working on a hotel and that was not leaving me time even to have a social life.

Two days ago  I got out of the job and the money I make with blogging and selling things is still not enough to pay all bills and I also plan on visiting Holland next year, so I need to save some money which means I will have to get a new job soon.

I already did my curriculum but I am also thinking of some business cards to distribute, like this I will have more chances to get a new job faster.
The good thing about business cards printing is that it´s something that is not expensive to do in large quantity like curriculums that we pay here R$ 1,00 (real) for printed page. And they also leave a kind of impression that a curriculum doesn´t.

For example, if I print one hundred business cards and distribute I will have one hundred chances to get a job not spending the R$ 100,00 (reais) I would printing curriculums to distribute.

Like this I can say that I will have bigger chances with business cards spending less, which is quite a good idea!

I use soft lenses since 2005 when I still lived in Holland and went to a place to see the strength of my vision problem and there I bought my first pair of lenses.

Problem is that soft lenses are expensive and just last for 3 months and with them I need to also buy special liquid and have to be careful on the handling.

Every time I need a new pair of lenses I ask to a friend from Holland to send them to me cause there is cheaper than here, but it takes quite some time for them to get to my house even sending with insurance (I live in Brazil, a bit too far from him) and I spend this time seeing things terribly (my lenses strength now is -2,50).

So I started to think about buying a pair of eye glasses, like this when I have no lenses I will still see things good cause eye glasses last for a very long time, so they would always be there for me.

Also since I have myopia and astigmatism, eye glasses can correct both problems while lenses are only for seeing better in long distances.

Time flies and it´s never too early to think of our future isn´t it? So it´s also never too early to make a retirement investiment project.
